The 2019 McCray Family Reunion will be hosted on July 26-28, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Charlotte City Center in the phenomenal “Queen City” - Charlotte, NC.

Our theme for this year's reunion is “Let the Good Times Roll”.

Itinerary at a Glance

• Friday, July 26th: Check-In & Registration, Business Meeting, and “Let the Good Times Roll” Social
• Saturday, July 27th: Queen City Tour and Family Dinner Banquet & Awards
• Sunday, July 28th: Family Fellowship and Reunion Wrap-Up

The schedule for Friday and Saturday will permit ‘Free Time – On Your Own’ to explore Uptown Charlotte and surrounding areas. For ides of areas to explore, see link: www.charlottesgotalot.com. Additional excursion ideas will be provided at registration.

Registration

The 2019 reunion registration fee includes:

• Weekend Events (minus any 'Free Time - On Your Own' Activities)
• Queen City - Charlotte Tour
• McCray Family Reunion T-Shirt

Registration and payment for the 2019 McCray Family Reunion can be made by mail or via online (Eventbrite - click 'Register' button).

• Registrations by mail must be paid by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check made payable to Ronnie McCray and mailed to 1226 Kingston Garden Road, Prattville, AL 36067.

• Online registrations can be completed and paid using one of the following options:

• Debit or Credit Card through Eventbrite (subject to processing fees)
• 2-Step Registration: Register through Eventbrite and submit payment via money transfer app: ZELLE (using mccrayfam2019@gmail.com).

All registration fees must be paid in advance of the reunion. The FINAL deadline for registration and fees is Wednesday, July 10, 2019. Registration payments cannot be accepted after this date due to final attendee counts must be provided ahead of the reunion.

The Holiday Inn Charlotte City Center is located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. Within a city block in all directions, there are dining options and main attractions such as The Spectrum Center, the EpiCentre (entertainment and nightlife), and several Arts & Culture venues (e.g., Levine Museum of the New South, ImaginOn, Discovery Place, etc…). If you wish to venture out beyond a city block, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a 3-mile radius.

Our special room rate is $129 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 15.25%) with a daily parking rate of $18 for self-parking and $24.00 for valet parking. Room amenities and details can be found on the hotel website.

The rooms on hold for our reunion are available on a first-come first-serve basis. To guarantee a room at this rate, we urge you to RESERVE YOUR ROOMS EARLY. The deadline for hotel reservations at our special rate is Wednesday, June 26, 2019.

2.) Reservations can also be made by calling the Hotel directly at (704) 335-5400 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM or by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY. When calling in to make reservations guests must identify themselves as members of the McCray Family.

NOTE:

• Reunion attendees are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.

• A $100 security hold (cash or credit card) is required upon arrival and check-in at the hotel.

• In the event you checkout of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee of $50.00 to your individual account. To avoid the early checkout fee, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change to your planned length of stay.
